Link vaccinations to stock
When this is on, administering a vaccine in the clinic portal automatically removes one unit of the matching stock item here. Turn it off and the portal never touches your inventory.
Automatic stock deduction is off
Nothing in the clinic portal changes your stock levels.
Which product to use for each vaccine
The same vaccine can come from different companies, so pick exactly which stock item should be deducted for each. Only items in your Vaccine category are offered. A vaccine left as “Don't deduct” never affects stock.

Quick guide: Use the + / − buttons next to each item's quantity for fast daily logging. For entries with a date, cost, supplier, or expiry, use "Log purchase" and "Log usage". "History" shows every purchase and usage entry. The "Today" card up top shows everything logged today. "Analysis" shows which items will run out soonest based on recent usage. "Export" downloads a PDF snapshot.
