These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FurryVax's clinic portal, inventory management system, and pet-owner app (together, the "Platform"), operated by FurryVax ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you are creating a clinic account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that veterinary clinic and to bind it to these Terms. If you are a pet owner, these Terms also apply to you as an "Owner."
FurryVax provides a vaccination record-keeping and reminder system for veterinary clinics and the pet owners they serve. This includes:
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. Clinics are responsible for keeping their business information, and the accuracy of any data entered about patients and vaccinations, up to date.
Clinic accounts may add additional team members with their own individual logins. The clinic owner is responsible for who they grant access to, and for removing access when a team member leaves. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
FurryVax is a software tool. It does not practice veterinary medicine, and it does not independently verify the accuracy of any medical or vaccination information entered into it. The clinic entering vaccination records, generating certificates, and administering vaccines is solely responsible for the accuracy and clinical validity of that information.
Vaccination certificates generated or sent through the Platform reflect exactly what the clinic has entered. FurryVax is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in clinic-entered clinical data.
Access to the clinic portal requires a valid access code, issued after payment arrangements made directly with FurryVax. Access to the clinic portal is provided on an annual or monthly subscription basis, as agreed with the clinic at the time of signup. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts with unresolved payment issues.

Clinics retain ownership of the patient and clinical data they enter into the Platform. FurryVax retains ownership of the Platform itself — its software, design, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform to any clinic or owner.
How we collect, use, and protect personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
A clinic account may designate team members with different roles. Only the account owner role can invite, remove, or change the role of other team members. All roles otherwise have equivalent access to that clinic's patient records, vaccination data, and inventory, reflecting how clinical work is actually shared across clinic staff.
We may, at our discretion, expand the Platform to offer additional products or services beyond vaccination management — including, without limitation, physical or digital pet-care products (such as toys, food, accessories, or supplies) made available for purchase through the owner app or otherwise. The general terms of this Agreement — including acceptable use, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — apply to any such additional offerings, unless we publish separate terms specific to them at the time of launch (for example, terms covering returns, shipping, or product warranties). Nothing in this Agreement obligates us to offer any particular product or service, and we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, including any product offerings, at any time.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Platform temporarily for maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurryVax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or clinical errors arising from information entered by a clinic.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. A clinic may close its account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including data ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
